Each turbocharger is developed and designed to work without problems throughout the life of the engine, unless some damage occurs related to and directly affecting its operation, and then it is a matter of time until the turbocharger fails. The failure is almost always due to an external problem and extremely rarely in a defective turbocharger, that is, the cause is in the other components of the car's systems. In other words, problems with the car (leaked hose, leaked intercooler, oil pressure problem or irregular oil change, nozzles, catalyst, DPF filter, incorrect adjustment, etc.) lead to the failure of a healthy turbocharger. In order to minimize the likelihood of this happening, it is absolutely necessary to carry out preventive and, above all, quality diagnostics.   Dealer diagnostics is diagnostic equipment used by official representatives of car manufacturers. That is, a device manufactured only and exclusively for working with a specific brand of car. This device is the BEST that can work with the respective car and provide the most complete information about the given car. Dealer devices are extremely expensive and very difficult to access, but we aim to offer the best because only with proper diagnostics will the problem be localized and solved correctly and more cheaply without unnecessary replacement of parts and components that do not have problems and damage.

• Universal diagnostic device:
  This diagnostic is equipment that is adapted to work with a wide range of car brands. With such a device, we are able to diagnose almost all cars, however, it is important that it is professional so that the data is real. An example of this is the leader in automotive electronics is BOSCH, the diagnostic device that we have as BOSCH KTS is one of the best and proven universal diagnostics and of all similar devices on the market. This is because BOSCH is the largest manufacturer and supplier of electronic systems and automotive components in the automotive industry. However, as universal diagnostics, there comes a time when some shortcomings appear, such as menus for certain car brands are not available for universal diagnostics. Very often, a diagnostic device designed precisely and only for a specific brand is needed.

How important is proper diagnostics when replacing a turbocharger?

Unlike most companies that do not attach much importance to automotive diagnostics – we EXPERIENCE our work to the end because the most important thing is the correctly performed work process and with it comes the pleasure of the work. There are many reasons why other service stations do not pay enough attention to the details and the overall picture and they are perhaps (insufficient professional competence, misunderstanding of how the systems and units function, insufficient working conditions, the client for them is one to go and another to come, and many others).
