For this purpose, we purchased one of the most modern VSR Balance machines, namely EVB TURBO SYNTHESIS 2019, which is recognized worldwide and provides extremely accurate and precise data and allows the balancing of turbochargers for Cars, Trucks, Tractors, etc. and we do not stop there, but also the components of the turbocharger such as the compressor impeller, the working shaft separately and together!

EVB TURBO SYNTHESIS itself is divided into two, on the right is the High Speed ​​Balance, and on the left is the Low Speed ​​and Medium Speed ​​Balance.

EVB TURBO SYNTHESIS on the right tests the turbocharger at set speeds for an unlimited time and also has a test for oil leakage from the hot or cold part through a 3-step test! The three-step test of the turbocharger is a function available only on this machine which is expressed in a test of low, medium and high speeds for a set time to guarantee the tightness of the turbocharger, in this way we can test one for a certain time at speeds set by us and if the turbo consumes oil, it will certainly be seen and it will be clear whether it is at low, medium or high speeds which guarantees that even if we check your turbo for defects before repair we will be able to more easily identify the defects and whether the oil consumption comes from the turbo or elsewhere whether at idle or at high load, etc. and only WE can offer this. Our machines are the only ones that can test if the turbocharger is leaking oil from where and why and at what rpm and in this way we can understand if there is an additional problem with the engine besides the turbocharger. Our machines and equipment allow us to balance and test All turbochargers And our machine is the ONLY one that offers High Speed ​​VSR balancing of Heavy Duty Vehicles. During the balancing, the turbo stand supplies the turbocharger with preheated engine oil to the specified degrees, under the required pressure which can be regulated, thus ensuring the safety of the bearings and the test is carried out in conditions resembling the working process. The oil flow begins shortly before the turbine rotation and ends shortly after the blades have completely stopped.

EVB TURBO SYNTHESIS on the left is used for low-speed and medium-speed balance. In this method, adjustments are made to both the compressor blade (cold) and the turbine blade (hot blade). EVB TURBO SYNTHESIS on the right is used for high-speed balancing. The final stage in the balancing process is the high-speed balancing, where vibrations (imbalance) are registered using modern VSR (Vibration Sorting Ring) technology. Magnetic sensors capture the finest vibrations, at this stage the turbocharger is spun up to its maximum achievable speed or that safely set by the manufacturer (in some cases up to 300,000 rpm). Corrections are made only in the compressor part of the turbo (the cold part), as our machines allow double balancing not only by removing material from the nut but also in the periphery of the compressor wheel, which reduces the imbalance to a minimum. Most balancing machines on the market can only work with the most common turbine sizes (around 75-80mm turbine blade diameter), which means that larger turbochargers cannot be balanced at high speed and this is detrimental to any turbocharger, here we can offer even more because our machines support up to 20kg. Core (CHRA) and compressor blades over 150mm and working shafts/axles over 100 to 150mm which is UNRIVALED. There are hardly many machines even on a global scale that can provide THIS to their customers. We have 2 of them because we value professionalism.

* Test and balance of larger turbochargers
Large turbochargers for trucks, buses, construction and agricultural machinery are everywhere balanced only at low speeds or not balanced at all. This leads to their rapid wear and tear and damage. With our stands, we guarantee a perfect balance of any size turbine because we can achieve high-speed balance for these turbochargers from 30,000 to 100,000 rpm, which puts us not one step but several steps ahead of others in terms of quality and capabilities.

* Test and balance of racing and hybrid turbochargers (motorsport)
The other advantage we offer through our equipment is with hybrid and turbochargers for power units. Extremely large turbochargers used in competitions, practically no one or extremely rarely anyone has the equipment to test them and guarantee the balance in Bulgaria and not only BUT we can now offer this to everyone, because according to the model of the turbocharger and its purpose we can reach and test its maximum and guarantee that up to that point it has perfect performance!

Two-sided Balancing guarantees 100% better results than One-sided, which guarantees a smaller remaining imbalance and thus reduces stress on the working components and extends the life of the turbocharger.

Both Turbo-Expert VSR balance and EVB TURBO SYNTHESIS machines are calculated extremely precisely as a machine-turbocharger weight ratio so that there is no resonance that could negatively affect the results.
