We at Turbo-Expert have additional machines and equipment available and access with which we can offer even more to our and future customers!

Turbo-Expert and Genetic Motorsport tm WE ARE NOT just another service for recycling turbochargers, repairs, etc., WE are a company with traditions, modern equipment, highly qualified staff, constantly developing and having a number of modern and high-tech machines expanding the field and quality of the services we offer.

1. Turbo-Expert also has access to machines such as a 5-axis CNC router with which we can process and rework parts such as compressor blades, aluminum and cast iron parts, turbine wheels, etc. In this way, we can safely say that there are no limits to the undertakings and projects we want to create because we can always achieve the ultimate goal through the design, manufacture or processing of a given detail, whether it is for tuning purposes (hybrid turbochargers) or a completely new product such as the processing of a standard turbocharger to a ball bearing one, or the production of an entirely new type of component, etc.



2. We also have a metal cutting milling machine at our disposal, through which we can guarantee the final turning of the parts because after processing the surfaces must be perfect.
With access and location to such a machine, we can prepare and manufacture all kinds of metal parts, adapters, flanges, plugs, and more and more. In this way, we guarantee that everything will be perfect and fit in the end because it is manufactured by us and we can say that we are one of the few companies in Bulgaria that have such machines at their disposal.
 

3. Screw Compressors for compressed air:

Every turbo service needs an extremely large supply of compressed air because every turbo stand testing turbochargers works with compressed air. The larger the turbocharger that will be balanced and the higher the rpm we need to achieve, the more compressed air is needed. Since we have more than one turbocharger stand that can balance extremely large turbochargers for trucks, tractors, etc. and high-speed balance, we must have a powerful compressed air system. Through our partners, we acquired 2 x ALUP SCK15-10 SCREW COMPRESSOR with its 1800 liters per minute, which is extremely high-performance and sufficient to satisfy everyone's needs, BUT we did not stop there because it can always do more, namely, we added another MARK B55SA compressor with a capacity of 1000 liters per minute because WE have not one or two stands, but four. We have connected additional buffer receivers for compressed air with a volume of 2000 liters to the two compressors, and thus we have 2000 liters of air under 10 bar pressure, which is enough for our needs on the turbo stands, water sandblasting machines, the standard sandblaster and the car service together.

We can also boast of one of the most modern and professional welding machines and equipment Deltech Ltd. for Metal, Stainless Steel and Aluminum, manufactured in Bulgaria by Bulgarian engineers and not inferior in any way to world leaders such as Lincoln, Kemppi, etc. We have available welding machines for metal, stainless steel and aluminum of the highest class, the devices known as MIG/MAG welding (the so-called wire-fed) and WIG AC-DC welding (argon apparatus). With this type of apparatus we can easily prepare projects such as car tuning generations, collectors, transition plates or whatever is needed.
