Turbo-Expert has the opportunity to offer all its and future clients and partners testing and programming of electronic actuators. While most service stations install and assemble turbochargers without being able to complete the final calibration precisely or rotate the cold snail to pass the test and the turbocharger is in FLOW but then when you install it on the car it does not fit hoses, turbo system, etc., WE do not proceed in this way we have not one but two machines for programming and testing of electronic actuators because one is good but two is a guarantee of quality and professionalism because absolutely all electronic actuators produced to date are covered!

Synthesis Flow Bench 2000S and G3 equipped with Intelligent Re-Programming System and TP-TACT Tester & Programmer

Through investments in equipment and machinery, we strive to be able to fulfill every task we encounter and need to solve, in order to guarantee that after our intervention and the completed process of recycling your turbocharger and electronic actuator, they will be set up and working in a perfect and optimal mode!

With our equipment Synthesis Flow Bench 2000S equipped with Intelligent Re-Programming System and TP-TACT Tester & Programmer, we can test, test all available actuators, we can test their electric motors independently, we can test the position of the sensors monitoring the position of the variable geometry, also test the valves controlling them known as N75 as well as MOST IMPORTANTLY reprogram them to factory specifications or change them.

Here are some of them:

  • HELLA actuators – they are used and installed in mongo turbochargers used by: VW/Audi, Mercedes, BMW, Ford, Volvo, Jaguar, Citroen, Land Rover, Dodge, Chevrolet.
  • SIEMENS actuator – mainly used by: VW/Audi, Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche cars.
  • MITSUBISHI actuator – used by - BMW, Ford 2.2 TDCI, and PSA Group cars with 2.2 HDI engine.
  • SONCEBOZ actuator – used in: Land Rover 3.6 TDV8 and 2.7 TDV6,
  • DENSO actuator – used in: Toyota cars with 1.4 D-4D and 3.0 D-4D engines,
  • MAHLE actuator – used in: VW Group cars with 1.2 TSI engine.
  • HITACHI actuator – used in: Opel cars with 3.0 V6 CDTI 184HP engine.
  • We can also read and reprogram the actuator's range of motion, as well as change its operating angle and range, and one of the most useful options is that it allows us to easily, quickly and directly copy the actuator. Turbo-Expert is one of the few turbo services that can PROGRAM SIEMENS / VDO actuators - mainly used by: VW/Audi in 2.7 and 3.0 TDI also known as BV50.

Another big plus is the presence of IRPS (Intelligent Re-Programming System) with which our Synthesis Flow Bench 2000S is equipped. It is the only system currently on the market that automatically reprograms these actuators directly on the test bench itself, based on the actual flow results through the turbocharger, without the need to connect third-party tools or interact with the operator. Once the turbo is connected to the test bench, the operator simply needs to start the test and everything else happens automatically.
